THE BOSS
This series of seminars are designed to engage and impart the minds of aspiring and or growing small and medium scale entrepreneurs with information, capacity building resources and support structures to help the growth of their businesses.
The series aptly tagged B.O.S.S. is an acronym standing for B-uild, O-perate, S-ustain and S-pecialize. The main objective of this series of seminars is to help the earlier mentioned brand of aspiring or burgeoning entrepreneurs to grow their businesses to sustainability and hopefully to specialiaze to the stage where they carve a niche for themselves in their industry. The first in this series is currently being planned and we have themed this “KEEP YOUR JOB AND DO YOUR WORK”.
This missive is to invite you to facilitate at one of the sessions where you shall be required to tell your story of how you transited successfully from being an employee to becoming an established business owner and even became an employer of labour in good time.
ABOUT “KEEP YOUR JOB AND DO YOUR WORK” (B.O.S.S. 1):
The first in the series of our B.O.S.S. Seminars is aptly described as “A Hands-On Explosive Job to Work Transition Management Seminar and Walk Through Exhibition.”
It is designed to empower our participants with the HOW, WHAT, and WHY any gainfully employed (or otherwise) individual seeking to diversify and increase his or her income in an entrepreneurial venture can set up a workable TRANSITION program that includes investments in any of various business models we shall be promoting at the seminar which they can easily manage and grow to sustainability while they are still engaged in their job with their employers.
An important objective of this event is to show our participants how and why they do not need to quit their jobs just yet even if they have money saved up for these ventures. We intend selling the idea that quitting one’s job for setting up a business with little or no entrepreneurial experience may well prove to be risky.
We wager that rather than quitting that they can set up some particular kinds of ventures and can manage same steadily to growth while still engaged in their jobs. We hope to show them through various modalities that they can TRANSIT safely from their JOB to their WORK i.e. their own business on a transition program which we are selling to them. Our bet is that this transition program helps them to a soft landing from paid employment to becoming business owners.
